Not much to say but here's OP's note:
"This is basically just another A-Bomb clone but it's Buttercup this time from the episode Blundercup. This version of Buttercup reminds me of Bio-Broly from the dragon ball Z series. Those two would get along since both of their bodies melted while moving. My character turns black or weird in game same goes with the health bar icon. I wonder if anyone can recreate this Buttercup mod based on her design or imagine I posted. I photo shopped Buttercup but I cut out the background so you Buttercup fans can get a good look at Buttercup in her Buttery glory. Pun intended. Ok enjoy my cheap and pointless mod But I always wanted this version of Buttercup in Mugen ever since I saw that episode on TV because it looks cute and badass just like Bio-Broly."
