About This File
Since nobody is uploading Devoublack e.c.d to Andersonkenya1 so I decided to upload it and plus im running out of storage so thinking if I delete him from my storage it might be just gone well off course youcan get him on Mugen archive that if you can even make an account there...
Apart from that I just want to share this character to Andersonkenya1 so it easier to find the characters and downloading it without any problem and that Mediafire link wasn't mine, once I have fast internet connection I will upload it here and don't confuse the link works just fine it's just I want to upload it by myself and this edit looks similar to devourer element but nevertheless it was really fun using him no need to say it's a trash re-edit or something just enjoy the characters
