One of the best rozwell edit out there it's a mix of KOFM and CKOFM gameplay style and the sprites is not bad but I feel like it's unfinished/beta.I really wish it got an updated version cause the characters is very cool nonetheless just wanted to upload it here in case you can't find this dude download link apart from Mugen archive that won't even allow you to make an account to download stuffs there.
