An edit I made about 3 years ago for a character jam. The character is unfinished and I like interest to do so, but I'm releasing it.

I love No More Heroes and this is about the closest to non-offline content it has in mugen right now.
The character plays almost exactly like Charlie MacDonald's boss fight in the second game, gaining and losing superarmor as it fights.
It's mostly intended for Player vs AI or AI vs AI. I hope you enjoy.
