Didn't know what or who else to palette in my M.U.G.E.N, so I went with one of my mains, Kung Fu Girl! This custom palette of Kung Fu Girl makes her colors resemble something off of an anime, with slight limitations in some colors (including some of her attack effects and victory animations).
This palette is based on one of her earliest fanarts, that being made by kara age (しるばーポチ). Also, this palette is an alteration of the character Another Kung Fu Girl Z KOF 2013, so I'd heavily recommend you get that version since this palette deals with color separation.
