Honestly a pretty solid character! Has nice AI, and the groove mechanics are neat.
I do have some issues, such as the hitsparks being misaligned, the special Victory quotes not working properly, and the Electric Spin and Punch From Behind commands seem a bit too long for my taste. Maybe 15 - 25 frames would be better?

Other than those, I really like this character! Keep up the good work dude!

I know it does look weird when the hit sparks are misaligned. Gave a small update where some of the hit sparks are realigned XD.

Looks not bad,you need more time to make the char (compare to Omegapanda's bad works)
