An edit of The EVE Battle screenpack which resizes some sprites to 640,480 and adds more slots to the select screen.
Winmugen Plus only.
Also, NGL been looking for this port for a long time so major W for me and hopefully for anyone who was looking for this I do have over 3,000+ winmugen characters so this is no problem
