This screenpack is really bad on the eyes I know, it was bad on me too and I wear glasses. I uploaded this because apparently, this was known to be THAT mugen back in 2012 that was bigger than broken mugen. yknow from this post here alone: https://mugenfreeforall.com/topic/5220-ultimate-fighting-tournament/
This holds up to 18318 slots, and not only that but if you Delete the "SelectBG 0" block and it makes the mugen look much better.
