in my career as Mugen Creator I never seen any kind of add-on like this before and to be honest and to be clear that is very clever I mean it's very unique in so many ways but I had to move this to the add-on Section because of that reason but other than that I enjoy watching this video as a character and considering that it's really well done. even tho there is no functionality whatsoever if you press any type of attack button it will reset the video but it's worth watching if you like tauhou content take the time you got the appreciate this guy who went ahead and went out his way to go ahead and create something like this and it's very unique in many ways now most of you will think of it as a waste of time but to me it wasn't I think it was very clever of him to create such an add-on just for someone to enjoy a music video who knows maybe in the future where the ikemen go will have that feature  where we can watch Intro video and more or maybe the ikemen team might use this idea in the future as well. 

the reason why I gave this one a five stars because you don't see this everyday you guys should try this out this add on
