Not much to say but that I found this character pack from nomi's discord called: Skyvesta (a discord dedicated to mainly cheapie mugen content and such) and they posted in a download-links thread in the discord. apparently, this is the dude who made Mac The Tempest Piero (a donald edit) chars folder.
