Not much to say but the PROJECT IS FINALLY DONE~
With the cheapies and rare chars I had saved and searched for eternity it finally made this mugen. now, I will say this now this surpasses every winmugen cheapie roster I have on my channel! I also recommend heeding to the description on the video for if we are being fr this mugen is a bit HAZARADOUS. so keep that in mind 
IMPORTANT REMINDER AS OF 09/03/24: ALSO, I forgot to mention that this mugen is in PARTS for NOW. the reason why I didn't put a full link to the game is unforunately ATM I wasn't able to upload to google drive because I am BROKE ATM so I am able to only utilize mediafire for NOW. so when downloading you'll see this mugen in 4 parts (it's also in the description.)
