Universal SF3-like shadows module MADE BY FOOBS

This is an addon that changes how shadows work in ikemen to match old school Capcom games. The code was originally cribbed from Ink's round shadows code, but since added more features taking advantage of Ikemen's tool. This stuff currently only work on the IKEMEN Nightly Build, it won't work on stable 0.99 or any earlier releases. Please check the readme on either  foobs's github repository or the included html file.

*Only works in Ikemen GO Nightly build as of this date*
