Here's another Mario World boss converted to mugen, this is "a boss" from the Kaizo rom hack "no name", created by Daizo Dee Von.
It's a pretty simple conversion with slight alterations to fit into a fighting game, using a similar AI pattern,
It will move about left and right, jump at random, then use one of 4 attacks. Might work well as an end of arcade subboss.
The character is more meant to be fought by a Player or an AI rather than played as, with a player likely having an easier time

I've also made a stage for it, which you can see in the screenshot. It's the second download in this file.
