Run away from the spiked wall, and destroy the other walls on your way.
For small/mega man size characters, but NOT for megaman characters with megaman playstyle, because they have no "custom states". Characters with no custom states will just walk through everything and nothing will be able to hurt you.
Warning, this game is hard >.>
