Having been exposed to nuclear radiation for prolonged amounts of time seems to have finally taken its toll on Utsuho; coupled with her own stupidity, she now believes herself to be Dan Hibiki, but seemingly fails to get that right; nevertheless, whether it be due to the original author's faulty coding, this character's satirical nature, or RicePigeon's sick twisted sense of humor, this Utsuho renders herself almost completely nonfunctional.

Orochi Utsuho is a joke edit of Utsuho Reiuji created by "CrackPigeon aka Kong & Kohaku". It is a recreation of an earlier Utsuho edit created by Utsuhofanboy, both of which are spriteswaps of Kong's Pocket Dan with the SFF & AIR files taken directly from Kohaku's Utsuho. By replacing the AIR and SFF files with that of Kohaku's Utusho, the character was deliberately made non-functional, with many attacks never making contact, creating clones, or even flying offscreen.

Orochi Utsuho was created as part of a mock tutorial by RicePigeon, titled "How to make a PROPER Spriteswap", which was posted on Mugen Free For All's forums; as such, the character, as well as its accompanying tutorial, is meant to parody various M.U.G.E.N related websites, including Mugen Multiverse, Infinity Mugen Team, and the MUGEN Database.
