NOTE: this is using the spritesheet for the OG game on Genesis. Only the big portrait is using SOR 4's artwork.
EDIT: ok, so to allow specials in the air you just need to go to Shiva.cmd and remove any trigger checking for "statetype != A". Then, to fix air-walking after, just go to Shiva.cns and change the last state-change to the same state-value as the jump attacks.

My first full, non-edit character! It has 4 buttons, Ikemen GO movelist support, and easy to pick up gameplay. A and B are punch/kick, with crouch changing hit position from high to mid. Air attacks are limited to normals, with one being range-focused and the other doing higher damage. Specials are bound to X and Y, can be done from standing or crouching, and consist of an uppercut and circle kick. If I could figure out how to end in falling state and rise when doing the attack, air specials would have been possible. You can get roughly 8-hit combo's consistently. Attacks have hit-box's on the first frame with not a lot of end lag, but they're pretty weak to encourage more combo-based gameplay. Overall pretty standard stuff.
