(CHAR WASN'T MADE BY ME, IT WAS MADE BY Witherower) ////////////////////////////////////////UPDATE SEPTEMBER 27TH, 2024: >Added nerfed .def (WR-Max_NERFED.def) >Fixed anim errors Decided to do something a bit less simplistic and went with a CVS2-esque style instead. A friend of mine said to make Max's moveset based off of Terry Bogard's since Max used a Terry sound in one of his shorts. I thought it was a good idea, so I said "Why not?" and went with making him.
