Mega Man 2 The Power Fighters theme screenpack

I made a Mega Man The Power Fighters 2 CUSTOM (not portrait wise) screenpack to hold my Mega Man characters.
Nothing special, afterall I've only made one character.
I used the Mega Man 8 screenpack from David Emiliano Palleres as a template, so there is a couple assests from it, and I also kept the lifebars. Thank you, David, for doing half the work.

"Hello, it's been a while, so...
Here is the "Postal Dude".
This is a simple joke edit of Suave Dude, recoloured to look similar to the iconic mass murderer who pisses on donuts and in people's mouths for fun. (Not to mention the damn petition)
Additional voice lines from the POSTAL games have been added, so expect him to blatantly insult you whilst you play.
No one has made a Postal Dude in MUGEN yet, so I guess I'm the first (yay).
Credits to the original creator of Suave Dude. (And the guy who made the AI patch)

"....I added his signature mustache and removed his heat vision attack (I suck at coding and such. When I tried to also remove his cold breath ability, he is moving in a weird manner so I leave his cold breath attack behind.)
You are welcome to edit to make this character better, this is basically just for collection since I was not satisfied of Omni-Man not being there in my MUGEN roster.
