So basically I converted it for winmugen & I added AI to some characters when I could... When I could I replaced the defective char by a more playbale one - which was the case for Dhalsim, Ryu, Blanka, Cammy, Cyber Akuma and Evil Ryu. Credits to Kamekaze, Jpmorphan & Supermystery for some AI coding.
