@Amaterachu1 yeah,distortionist and executor tiers are also cheapie tiers made outside programs,distortionist chars are chars which uses .vbs pop ups with those texts: "Round 1" "Fight!" "K.O." "Insert Char Name Here Wins!" While executors are characters which when their .bat/.exe file is runned,they will delete your roster,some just delete their selected opponent,an example of an executor-tier character is my Phantom Colonel Very Hard. Also don't worry,I wont upload external characters here.
