I explained how this works and such from part 1 which is here: I WILL say this though and that is, I originally was going to just post only the chars folder and select.def but with a mugen this hefty I wasn't too sure. I will be doing that for the last part though because apparently, not many people gotten the 1st part and majority wanted to mainly stick with part 1. so, I decided to just put it all together for part 2 for those who strictly want part 2 and not the last part or the 1st part. WARNING: THIS MUGEN IS 146.05 GB. SO HAVING A GOOD HIGH SPEED INTERNET, 1TB OF STORAGE AND HIGH AMOUNTS OF RAM (preferably 16gb or more) IS REQUIRED. if you do manage to get this, please keep in mind the amount of ram is important because if you don't have enough you will encounter an "out of memory" error while playing the mugen.
