If you make characters, stages, music, art, and/or videos, it's time to get it on with the Spooky Month! Winner gets bragging rights and a customized emblem presenting your award! Only a couple rules to keep in mind: 1. You have to make the content, yourself. You cannot just take someone else's creation(s) and submit it to the contest. - In the case of videos, you can post MUGEN battles with content you didn't create, but you still had to have made the video by yourself. 2. It has to be Halloween themed to some extent.
